Modelos de gestão do conhecimento para instituições de ensino superior: o que revela a revisão de literatura?

Objetivo: Revisar a literatura publicada em periódicos científicos internacionais sobre modelos de GC em IES.
Metodologia/abordagem: Pesquisa bibliográfica de revisão sistemática de literatura, realizada nas bases de dados Scopus (Base de Dados Bibliográfica), ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center) e SciELO (Biblioteca Digital Scientific Eletronic Library Online), de 2012 a março de 2019. Premissas e protocolo foram adotadas para assegurar a consistência do estudo. Os 32 artigos científicos selecionados foram revisados quanto aos aspectos de autoria, títulos de periódicos e assuntos relevantes em modelos de GC em IES.
Originalidade/relevância: Considerando que a transmissão do conhecimento está no cerne das Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES), onde os modelos de GC em IES são apresentados como uma estratégia organizacional, o estudo cobre uma lacuna teórica que tem despertado o interesse de pesquisadores e gestores, de diferentes áreas do conhecimento, em diversos países.
Principais resultados: Fidalgo-Blanco e Sein-Echaluce, com três artigos em conjunto, e vínculo institucional à Universidade Técnica de Madrid e à Universidade de Zaragoza, foram os autores mais produtivos. Dois periódicos publicaram dois artigos: International Journal of Knowledge Management e Journal of Information Technology Education: Research. O Expert Systems with Applications foi o periódico que reuniu maior classificação no Qualis Capes A1, Índice H de 162, índice SJR 1.19, e CiteScore de 6.36. Aprendizagem e conhecimento, em suas nuances, se revelaram nos artigos revisados.
Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: As contribuições foram de ordem teórica e prática. A relevância do estudo se amparou no fato de que o tema ainda se encontra disperso e pouco repertoriado, com perspectiva multidisciplinar. A revisão de literatura, ao sistematizar o assunto, contribuiu para o aumento do conhecimento em modelos de gestão em IES, tanto para estudiosos do tema, como para gestores institucionais.
